Fava

Fava bean,  is a cool-season vegetable that takes approximately 80-90 days to grow from seed to harvest. Known for its large, flat, and elongated green pods. The best time to grow fava beans is in early spring or fall when temperatures are cooler. The plants can reach about 2-4 feet in height and produce beautiful white and black flowers before developing their pods.
