Green Asparagus

This particular variety of asparagus is heat resistant and results in a high yield. The pods produced are roughly 50-55cm long with a deep green color and the rate of producing double-pods is relatively high.  It takes approximately two-three years after planting for harvesting and grows best when planted in early spring.
